We're committed to ensuring that everything we sell meets strict safety, quality, and compliance standards across the UK, EU, and other markets where we operate.

General Product Safety Compliance (EU GPSR)

In compliance with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR 2023/988), all Naughty Naughty products:

• Are designed and manufactured to be safe for consumers.
• Meet applicable standards for chemical safety, including lead, phthalates, and flammability levels.
• Are intended for adult use (our apparel is not designed or marketed for children).
• Are produced in facilities that follow ethical and safe manufacturing standards.

EU Warranty & Consumer Rights

For our EU customers:

• You have a 2-year legal guarantee on all purchases under EU consumer law.
• If your product is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771.
• Our returns policy includes a 14-day withdrawal period, giving you the right to return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receipt.

Responsible Manufacturing

• Fabrics: 100% organic cotton, cotton blends, or as described on product pages.
• Production locations: Bangladesh, Türkiye, Nicaragua, Honduras, USA, Latvia, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, and other locations depending on product.
• Manufacturing partners: All products are produced by carefully selected production partners who meet our safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Production model: Made-to-order to reduce waste and avoid overproduction.
