Hey, we’re Naughty Naughty — a family-run startup serving up apparel for the chronically unimpressed millennial. We make cool stuff, not corporate fluff. Our returns policy? Straight-up fair and no B.S. — because we’d rather focus on creating killer clothes than getting screwed over.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Placed an order but changed your mind? No problem – you have 24 hours to modify or cancel your order before it’s processed.

  • After 24 hour we've likely started production or shipped it out, so cancellations and modifications won't be possible.


How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange:

    1. Use the self-service returns to start the process, you can do this through https://account.naughtynaughty.co

  2. Prepare Your Item:

    1. Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

    2. Returns with any wear, stains, or scents (deodorant, perfume, smoke, etc.) will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item:

    1. Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    2. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for lost or missing returns.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind Returns: Customers cover return shipping costs for unwanted items. No processing or restocking fees will be deducted.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your order is wrong or defective, email us at info@naughtynaughty.co within 48 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged item, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.


Processing Time & Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • If you used a gift card or store credit, your refund will be issued as store credit.


Non-Returnable Items

Some things just can’t be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as non-returnable at purchase)


Sizing & Fit Responsibility

We want you to love your fit, which is why measurements are provided in each product’s description to help you choose the right size.

  • Customer Responsibility: If the size you ordered matches the measurements listed on our website, but the item doesn’t fit how you expected, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • Significant Sizing Errors: If the item you received differs by more than 3 cm (1.2 inches) from the measurements stated in the product description, it may be considered faulty. In this case, please contact us at info@naughtynaughty.co within 48 hours of receiving your order.

For cases of incorrect or significantly mismeasured items, we will offer an exchange or refund and cover the return shipping.


Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

  • If your tracking says “delivered” but you don’t have your order, check with your neighbors, your local courier, or your delivery office.

  • We do not refund or replace orders marked as delivered.

  • If you believe your order has been stolen, contact the delivery carrier for GPS tracking details.


Missing Items in Your Order

  • Your order may arrive in multiple packages due to logistics.

  • If something’s missing from your order, email info@naughtynaughty.co and we’ll sort it.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • If an order fails to deliver because the wrong address was provided, we cannot offer refunds, replacements, or credits.

  • Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order!


International Returns (Including EU)

EU Customers:

  • We comply with the Consumer Rights Directive, offering a 14-day cooling-off period for returns.

  • Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Non-EU International Customers:

  • Contact info@naughtynaughty.co before returning an item, as policies may vary.
